From une ancienne école (a former school house) located in the ÎIe-de-France region of France - this is a reclaimed French terra cotta tile hexagon that has significant patina and wear from over century of use.  Did the children realize the beauty of their floor as they leaned over their little desks to learn their alphabet?  Surely not.  But we do!  With a beautiful color variation of mauve, taupe and camel - these subdued colors are enlivened with earthy red and red-orange hues creating a lovely and authentic French terra cotta tile floor.

Cleaning and Maintenance:  Vacuum, then clean with Black Soap (Savon Noir) to disinfect, maintain, protect and enhance patina.
